-Discussion on New Years Resolutions - why they often fail and how we can approach them differently, increasing our odds for success
-Workshop to create your New Years Resolution
-Discussion and closing meditation
I expect this all to take about two hours, maybe less.
This workshop is offered freely to my community! (If someone tries to force a donation, I’ll accept it. But nothing is expected or required.)
I hope you can make it to this transformative session! Because there will be interactive work, I will not record this session.
You will need paper and pen, but nothing else!
