While the practice of Lovingkindness is rooted in our interaction with the world and people around us, on a deeper level it is about coming into connection with ourselves so that we can experience the world more richly and completely. 

Practicing Lovingkindness has been a personal life saver for me! Once I gave myself permission to see the world not as competition for happiness, but as a place abundant with kindness, everything changed for me.

And when I say everything changed, I really mean it! Here are just a few examples of the impacts Lovingkindness practice has had on my life and can have on your life too:

Who is This Art Guy, Anyway?

My Name is Art Burns and I've been coaching people in Mindfulness and Compassion practices for the better part of the past decade. In that time, I've watched scores of people transform themselves through simple practices and achieve levels of happiness and satisfaction they'd only dreamed of before. I'm a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, father of two, and full time smile expert who meets every person and circumstance with kindness and acceptance. And I'd like to teach you how to do the same!
