Art Burns Coaching Winter

Workshop Series:

Learn to Journal

Whether You've Journaled for Years, or Have Always Wanted to Start, This FREE Workshop is For You!

Studies have shown that even a few minutes of journaling every day can have significant positive impact on our physical and emotional health.

There are many different reasons one might feel drawn to journaling. Perhaps you're going through a difficult time in your life and the challenges are overwhelming. Of maybe you're faced with a big decision in your life and you need to cultivate clarity. Honestly, the applications for journaling are virtually endless.

Among the reasons that journaling effectively addresses the applications above and so may more is the way journaling promotes integration in the brain and body.

I'll be covering the techniques, and the science behind them in a FREE Workshop this Saturday!

We'll also cover:

-  How to set up a process and use prompts to make journaling simple and easy.

-  How to maximize the impact of your journaling practice.

-  How to determine which journaling technique is right for you - now and in the future.

-  How to work with the ebbs and flows of your practice and easily keep on track.

-  How to choose the right journal for you!
