The chilly Saturdays of winter are a wonderful time to retreat and work on ourselves, for the benefit of ourselves and everyone else around us!
So after you've spent some time taking care of things on Saturday mornings this winter, I invite you to come inside, make yourself a steaming cup of tea, and join me for a couple of hours.
We'll begin with a grounding and cozy guided meditation designed around the theme of the week, and then we'll move to an interactive lecture about a given topic each week:
